1. I get your member's only sale-in-an-email. How do I purchase items that you have listed on sale? The exact same way you would normally. The discount is done manually in our office BEFORE your card is charged. However, if you would like to pay using PayPal, simply choose the money order button and add your PayPal id# into the comments box. We will then invoice you with the correct total.
2. Can I send an order to a different address- as in a gift? Yes, we will ship to what ever address you would like. Please note: additional shipping charges may be added if shipping to more than 1 address.
3. I'm local to your store. Can I pick up the items and forego the shipping charges? Yes! We can arrange a pick-up time. We do charge a $2.00 delivery fee per 30 miles radius from our shop. Pick-ups can be pre-arranged. Also, check our show schedule!
4. I do not feel comfortable placing my credit card information on-line. Can I call it in? Yes, absolutely! 1-914-443-7816. You may leave a message and we can call you back. You can also leave your card info as we are the only ones that will receive the information. You can also email us with your phone number. NEVER email us with your credit card information!!!!!
