Skinny Chocolate Cake - Tupperware recipe
Serves 6-8
Ingredients: 1 pkg (18.25oz) chocolate cake mix; 1 cup water; 1/3 cup mayonaisse; 3 egg whites
Combine all ingredients in a Thatsa Bowl. Lightly coat Heat N Serve 6 1/4-cup round container with cooking spray. Pour batter into container and microwave uncovered on HIGH for 7-10 minutes, rotating during baking. Baking time will vary with microwave.
Cake will be done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If needed, microwave another minute and check again.
Cool 4-5 minutes and invert onto serving platter.
