Tirimisu dish!

You will need:

2 packages of vanilla instant pudding mix. (4 oz size)

1 package of cream cheese

1/2 cup of cooled coffee

Milk (per pudding instructions)

Cool Whip (medium size container is fine)

1 box vanilla wafer cookies

1/2 cup raspberries or other cut fruit you like

1/4 cup of grated or curled chocolate

Mix your pudding according to the box directions. Add cream cheese and mix together well. Now mix in half of the cool whip.

Line your dish (large bowl or trifle works best) with vanilla wafers including the sides. Gently pour half of your cooled coffee over the wafers. Add a layer of your pudding mix.

Sprinkle half of your grated chocolate over this layer. Add another layer of vanilla wafers. Pour the remaining cooled coffee over the wafers.

Add another layer of your pudding mix. Sprinkle the remaining grated chocolate on top. Add a mound of the remaining cool whip in the center of the dish.

Arrange your cut fruit or berries around the mound of cool whip. Top off with additional grated chocolate or chocolate curls if you wish.

This looks so professional and yet it only takes about 10 minutes to put it together! The best part is that it TASTES like you put in hours of work!

Corn Muffin Casserole:

1 can creamed corn

1 can kernel corn (do not drain)

1 stick margarine

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

6-8 oz. sour cream

Mix all ingredients, pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
