Fall has become my new favorite season! If you'd have asked me just last year, what my favorite time of year was--I'd have answered Summer. Well not anymore. Maybe it has to do with age? or the incredibly humid weather this summer? who knows? I simply know that I am looking forward to fall this year as I never have before. The cool temps, the smell of raked leaves, those last little straggling Monarchs flying south, Asters and Mums, pumpkins, lighting candles at night. Gee I guess I really am looking forward to it! Enjoy this issue!

Golden Mushroom Pork Chops
My family loves this recipe. It is a new one, but is destined for the record books!
8 thin sliced boneless pork chops
1 can Cambell's Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 oz can of sliced mushrooms
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 11X8" pan with Pam.
2. In small bowl, mix soup and mushrooms.
3. Place chops in single layer in dish. Spoon soup over top. Cover and bake 30 minutes
If you'd like to make using boneless pork chops (not thin sliced) increase baking time.
